Yes. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as “tapping,” is an evidence-based method that helps lower stress and release emotional patterns stored in the body. It’s been shown to reduce cortisol levels and bring calm to the nervous system. Many of my clients say it’s the first thing that actually works for them.
You’re not alone. Many women come to me after therapy, coaching, or years of personal growth—but still feel stuck in old patterns. What’s different here is that we work with the body, the subconscious, and the nervous system. When we address all three, real change becomes possible.
Only if you want to. This is a gentle, client-led space. You don’t have to go into details for healing to happen. EFT works directly with the body and emotions, so even without telling the whole story, we can still shift what’s stuck.
