I began my journey to wholeness many years ago, but it wasn’t until I commenced working with Amanda and EFT that I learned what my ‘root issue’ was. With this revelation, came many “aha moments” about my past.  It was incredible how much fell into place, and my EFT healing journey has become even more efficient and productive.  I am finally making true progress. We have been working together for several months, and each and every session has been enlightening.  I am always surprised by what unfolds during each session, as they reveal more and more about my inner workings, and taking that forward is extremely helpful as it brings a new level of consciousness to every day life.  In so many circumstances, I’m just not triggered anymore! For me, EFT with Amanda has been so efficient for reaching and clearing those deep subconscious patterns. She is a skilled practitioner, knowing what protocol to offer when, and incredibly insightful and intuitive.  Her gentle demeanor brings kindness, understanding and strength as she guides me through each process.  From the very beginning, I just knew I could trust her, and always feel safe and supported, and understood. I absolutely recommend Amanda to anyone who is ready to heal, and get on with their lives empowered and on track. Amanda is the real deal, and I am so very grateful to be working with her!

Amanda has a real gift for cutting through the bull and getting to the root of  things.  In just a few sessions, she was able to show me how wounds from decades ago were still controlling how I viewed and reacted to literally everything.  Then she walked me through those events with support, tools, and a structure that helped me reframe my perceptions and change how I feel.  The work is not easy, and sometimes it hurts, but the relief is lasting, so it's absolutely worth the investment!

I’ve been to therapy, talked to friends, journaled and meditated but still, there were painful thorns I could not reach. Amanda helped me find them and helped me gently pull them out. I had no idea I would burst into tears like that with no shame or restriction. She embraced my tears with love and her sweet, soothing voice and words put a balm on wounds that continue to heal. She reassured me that my feelings were normal in response to my circumstances, and this has made acceptance easier to swallow. And she made me laugh. Easy, natural and a soft place to land, talking to Amanda was like talking to a best friend or a nurturing sister or a mom you run to when things are too much. She not only gave me room to express myself, I felt she listened AND heard and acknowledged my pain. The whole session felt like one big hug. Only after we finished did I realize she knew exactly how to guide me to open up and share things I had buried deep inside and rarely dared to visit. She held my hand and we confronted the bruises and the bruisers together in a way that made me feel powerful. I had lost my strength and she helped me find it. She is gifted, graceful, and a joy - a person I would trust to help me, in a way I can’t with anyone else, with all of the hurdles and challenges life can bring.

Her non-judgemental style and sense of humor allow me to feel completely safe being myself which is really the only way I think deep healing can occur.
